Had an issue or a few issues with my car but the inspection report coupled with the pictures and the updates from Charles was really great. There is a lot I have to take care of with that car and the inspection pointed me in the right direction. I am definitely going to send my cars here for repairs.

I have been taking my cars to Eurotech for years. As a single woman, I trust them. I had an incident with another shop, took my car to Eurotech and they explained the problem and it was a lot less than the other shop was trying to charge me. This is big for me!!! Therefore, I do not take my car any where else but EUROTECH!!!!

Now believe me when I say I’ve had my fare share of shops work on my car so I’m familiar with how they do things and this is the most organized one I’ve been to. I dropped my car off last Monday and Charles was able to get me in for an appointment that same day. I did have to leave it for a day or two before it could looked at but that’s okay. They repaired things that I didn’t even know was wrong that previous shops missed. He texted a link with everything that’s wrong with my car and I even got to see other parts of my car that were either in good condition or needed to be replaced soon which I absolutely loved. He was honest, let me know all the things wrong and took the time to explain it thoroughly. He told me the price and didn’t sugar coat it. He said it would be ready by Thursday and it was ready well before then. I did pick it up on 4/8 and within a hour of driving the light did come back on but he told me that I could come back the same day and have the technician work on it. He worked on it the rest of the day just so I could I have it by today 4/9 and I’m grateful for that, didn’t even charge me when I brought it back the second! That is true dedication to the job! I love that it’s OEM parts and not parts taken from a different car. He took care of my car and even getting back I notice how much quieter it is and how smooth it drives, I’d say the price is well worth it especially if you want good quality. Charles most definitely deserves a raise! I wasn’t able to catch the guy who was working on my car but he needs a raise too lol.

Great experience, at the shop took care of my car. They were quick with service and available times. Couldn’t use the coupons from the page because I forgot to bring them in. I wish I had a way to exchange through digital means. Great shop.

I brought my precious 3 series to EuroTech the first time for an oil change and inspection. They found several items needing attention but because I couldn’t afford all at once, they helped me prioritize them. Each repair was done quickly with lots of transparency and updates. All the repairs are completed and my baby runs like a champ! I really trust EuroTech and won’t take my 3 series to anywhere else.
