These guys were hands down the best shop in Killeen. Coming from a mechanic in the army I WILL NEVER trust anyone else with my car! Customer service is the best and they care about military. Went in for a rattle 30 minutes before they closed and they took time out of their schedule to check and fix the rattle, when asked how much did I owe I simply got a “thank you for your service” and my keys.

Best place to take MY E350 . I’m very impressed with the Team there. Love the fact that they want to figure out ANY problem and fixes it in a timely manner. Overall and Abovemost this is the place for MY car... Job well done and Thanks for My car bill of health

Eurotech is honestly an amazing professional workshop, recently took my 335i into the shop expecting to be shut up by a know it all mechanic but instead I was listened too about my issue. The mechanic had my diagnostic as well as the point inspection sent to me within 2 hours of drop off, they notified me that I needed flushes of two types of fluids that I was told previously were changed less than 5 months ago by different shops *cough* BMW dealership *cough* (they provided hard proof that the fluids were old and not changed out) and were able to get it done same day. They were reliable always informant of what was going with my vehicle. In a place like Killeen this is incredibly uncommon.

Don't know much to anything about cars and was afraid of going to a shop and getting told about 800 problems with the car when only 5 things are wrong, but the shop takes pictures of what is wrong during the inspection to prove to you they aren't making up having to buy unnecessary things. Service was incredibly friendly, and pretty fast considering whaty car needed. I was given the option to have the car done same day or wait a few days for better parts direct from the manufacturer, and explained the difference between the two. Bringing in cash instead of debit card gets you a 10% discount on whatever you had done, and altogether helps if you are in a tight spot. If I was to stay/live in the Killeen area, I would most certainly go here again to keep my car up to date on services.
