This Shop was confident, proficient, and incredibly timely at accurately diagnosing the problem with my relatively rare Land Rover Freelander. The fix was remarkably fast considering the amount of time required. I believe it took one total week for them to completely restore the entire engine cooling system. They were able to not only source hard to find parts, but effectively fabricate pieces that are no longer available. Lastly, in a show of commitment to excellence, they have periodically followed up to ensure no further related issues manifested. Id go to this team over and over again.

Eurotech was highly recommended from a co-worker and based on their excellent reviews I decided to give them a try. I contacted Eurotech by phone initially and spoke with Service Advisor Craig about a leak on my 2004 Mercedes CL 600. He told me to bring it in and the shop would do a full evaluation and take care of it. I dropped my car off on Thursday around 5:00pm and was contacted the next day before lunch by phone and through text with a full evaluation and cost of repairs for my vehicle. During the inspection of my vehicle the shop found other items that required attention and made recommendations for repair. I received a link with detailed pictures and information on the problem area with my vehicle. Once I authorized the shop to proceed with repairs I was given an estimated time for completion which ahead of schedule. I was contacted by Service Advisor Craig on Monday morning that my vehicle was ready for pick-up. Once I arrived at the shop to pick-up my vehicle Service Advisor Craig greeted me with a big smile and went over the details of my repairs. He even showed me one of the old struts that was replaced. Craig also took time and offered advice and tips on how to keep my Mercedes in great working condition in between services. In addition, I received a follow up text from one of the owners Mr. Kenny Ware; asking how the service was. As a 26 year Army veteran and car enthusiast I highly recommend giving Eurotech an opportunity to service your vehicle and earn your business. Great service on my alternator replacement! Knowledge base on my Land Rover was exceptional and the customer service was outstanding. Love that they provide pictures/videos of the systems check so you are not in the dark about what needs to be done. Craig provided truly expert and friendly customer service. Wont hesitate to use euro tech again!

I have been chasing issues with my 2001 jag and one time at their shop fixed everything and than found any other issues. I can’t say that it was cheap but the quality was excellent. I will use their service from now on no matter the price!

Update: it's been long enough to say that this place has done an exceptional job on my Jaguar xj. It became a brand new 2012 after they fixed it. The cost was so reasonable,I can't even say you get what you pay for bcz it would've costed much more if I took to the dealership,and I don't even think the workmanship would have been comparable. 5 stars, all day!! These guys are true pros! Took a little while to get my car back but when I did, it was running like new, after having the alternator and an leaking pump replaced. I really appreciate the way they diagnose the vehicle and send pics. This shop employs the last of a dying breed in customer service and honest mechanics. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because it hasn't been long enough to see if the parts last, but I'll update after about 2 months.
