I recently purchased a used 2013 BMW 650i from a private seller. It was in very good condition and ran very well but the alignment was off and a message saying "Last Service was in 2019" flashed in the dash at startup. I found Eurotech on a Google search and read many of the positive reviews, I checked out their website and read the personal profiles of the Owner and Team and decided to bring my vehicle there, and I was not disappointed at all. Kyle welcomed me when I entered the office and introduced Craig as a fellow Service Advisor. Kyle listened to my evaluation of the vehicle and how well it ran and said "... Chris we're not gonna sell you services that you don't need. Our guys will do a thorough inspection and if it needs anything, we'll document it in a report and you decide what happens from there." And sure enough that's what they did. They fixed my alignment issue and confirmed all else was good and reset the service message. I picked up my vehicle that same morning, all fixed and ready for a long road trip, and me a happy customer. Thanks Eurotech Team. I'll be back (hopefully not in a long time!)

These guys are true pros! Took a little while to get my car back but when I did, it was running like new, after having the alternator and an leaking pump replaced. I really appreciate the way they diagnose the vehicle and send pics. This shop employs the last of a dying breed in customer service and honest mechanics. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because it hasn't been long enough to see if the parts last, but I'll update after about 2 months.

The team was professional and quick to reply. The maintenance check was detailed with pictures. We liked the technology of sending the maintenance report to our phones. Wait time was what they said it would be.

Took my son's European car hear and loved the service. They send pictures of their inspection and your vehicle and their recommendations. You don't need a European car because they work on all makes and models. I have never experienced a problem and have now taken 3 cars there, an Audi, VW and an older Nissan Murano. Professional work on all 3 vehicles. The only thing I can say negative (and it's not really a negative) is finding a parking space. Great service and great prices! Thank you.
