After my BMW refused to shift into gear Craig and company fixed the issue after taking pictures to update me on the work. The car was completely fixed earlier than expected. They made no attempt to try to sell me on things I didn't need. The staff were knowledgeable and customer friendly.

Took porsche 911 S in for check Engine Light. Car was repaired promptly and tech advised further maintenance. Photos were sent to illustrate what I needed. That is a great feature. The additionally work was also done promptly. Everyone was courteous and friendly.
